The starting plan suits standard brochure websites. Existing sites, WordPress, online shops, custom applications and higher-traffic sites need a technical review and a tailored quote.
The monthly allowance covers small text or image edits to existing pages. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns and extra work are quoted before we start.
Website-file backups cover the code and agreed website assets we manage. Database, customer, order and mailbox backups need a separate agreed arrangement.
Domain renewals, email mailboxes, paid plugins, Shopify subscriptions, payment fees and other third-party services are separate unless your quote includes them.
Support is by email. Your quote confirms support hours, response targets, hosting limits, renewal and cancellation terms before the plan starts.
Add these to your enquiry and we’ll include the setup and ongoing costs in your quote.
Help registering or connecting your domain. Registration and renewal charges are confirmed separately, with the domain held in your name.
Email on your own domain, plus setup or migration help. Mailboxes, licences and renewal charges are quoted separately.
Moving an existing website, preserving agreed redirects and checking forms and domain settings. Scope and any setup fee are confirmed first.
Booking links, enquiry tools or other agreed integrations. Software subscriptions and larger development work are quoted separately.
Guide prices assume agreed content and scope. Domain registration, ongoing hosting or platform fees, paid apps and third-party services are quoted separately unless included in your written quote. We’ll confirm all charges, any applicable tax, revisions and payment terms before you commit.

Yes. Send us your current website and what you would like to improve. We’ll review the platform, content and access needed, then recommend a refresh or rebuild with a clear scope.
You can enquire before everything is ready. We’ll agree who supplies copy, photos, logos and product details. Copywriting, photography or licensed assets beyond the agreed package are quoted separately.
Yes. Tell us what your customers need to do. We’ll review suitable booking tools, menu formats or Shopify integration and include the agreed setup in your quote. Third-party subscriptions and transaction fees are separate.
That depends on the pages, features, content and feedback needed. We’ll agree a realistic schedule in your quote. Your preferred launch date helps us plan, but is not a guaranteed deadline.
The enquiry is free. Before any work starts, you receive a written quote covering the scope, deposit, remaining payments and any recurring costs. No payment is taken through this form.
We hand over the website and explain how it is managed. Optional Hosting & Care covers managed hosting and the agreed support scope. You can also ask us about domains, business email and migration. We’ll confirm ownership, access, limits and recurring costs in writing.
