Lawful and considerate use
Do not use the service for unlawful material or activity, fraud, harassment, infringement of others’ rights, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware distribution or attacks against networks. Do not gain unauthorised access or interfere with other users’ services.
Keep your connection secure
Protect router and account passwords, maintain your devices and tell us if you suspect compromise. You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to manage people using your connection. We do not require you to disclose private passwords to support staff.
Network management
Any product-specific usage limit or traffic-management practice must be stated in the Contract Information before agreement. These drafts do not introduce a hidden fair-use allowance or speed cap.
Responding to misuse
We may investigate credible reports and take proportionate steps consistent with the service agreement and law. Where possible we will explain the concern and allow correction. Urgent measures may be needed to protect the network or comply with law. You can challenge action through the complaints process.
